Can You Trust AI?

Can You Trust AI?

Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 8, 2026

Can You Trust AI? is an interactive experiment created by Human Actually to help people think more clearly about when to trust, verify, or question AI-generated output.

We believe people should understand how their information is used before they interact with a product. This page explains what we collect, what we do with it, and what we do not do with it.

What this experiment does

This project presents users with a set of scenarios involving AI-generated answers and records how they respond during a session. The goal is to help users reflect on their trust patterns and to improve the design of the experiment over time.

What information may be collected

Depending on how the site is configured, we may collect:

  • the choices you make during the game
  • your score and results
  • general interaction data, such as which scenarios were shown
  • information you voluntarily submit through the contact form, such as your name, email address, and message

We do not ask for sensitive personal information in order to play the game.

How your information is used

We may use information collected through this project to:

  • generate your results during the session
  • improve the quality of the experiment
  • understand how people interact with AI trust decisions
  • review feedback, suggestions, or bug reports submitted through the contact form

If analytics or stored results are added later, the privacy policy should explain that clearly.

What is stored locally

Some session information may be stored in your browser so the game works properly as you move between pages. This may include things like your current progress, previous answers, and results within the same session.

Contact form submissions

If you submit a message through the contact form, the information you provide will be used only for responding to your message, reviewing feedback, or improving the project.

Please do not submit confidential, private, legal, medical, or other sensitive information through the form.

What we do not promise

This experiment is for educational and research purposes. It is not legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or professional judgment.

Your results are intended to help you reflect on how you use AI. They are not a clinical, psychological, or professional assessment.

Third-party services

This site may use third-party services to support functionality, such as web hosting, email delivery, or analytics. Those services may process limited technical data as part of normal operation.

Children’s privacy

This project is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the site, please contact us and we will review the request.

Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated as the project evolves. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
